The Best Picks from 15 Years of Reading, All Fully Purchased
My tastes are all over the place. A good read is a good read, no matter the genre. This list is updated regularly.
Business and Management
Business and management stories.
Worldbuilding / Farming / Business / Doomsday Stockpiling
I absolutely love this kind of story, but I can never find one that suits my taste.
Tentative
A few little sweet treats, plus stories I can't categorize yet
Z's Finished and Currently Reading List
Each has its own appeal. (My rating level isn't high enough to give everything five stars. In my heart, they're all five-star reads.)
For Personal Use
All kinds of stories I've paid to read in full
For Personal Use, Reading Log, Dropped at Chapter 2
For my own use: clearing out my shelves, books I didn't finish, and some grumbling.
Business-Building Stories
Opening a shop, a vacation resort, an amusement park, a hotel... and more
Purchased and Completed Novels
All finished. There are both original works and fanfic. I have basic tastes: I like power fantasies and fluffy romance, and I’ll read pretty much anything. I’ve bought them all, and none of them really have deal-breakers for me, so I won’t list any warnings.
Business-Building Stories I've Read (Still Won't Let Me Give Five Stars)
Most are completed. There are a few I read a while ago and can't remember well. (So why aren't five-star ratings allowed? I don't get it.)
Business-Building Stories
Some business-building stories I like
Great Reads I've Finished
As above.
Books I Love to Read
I love every one of these.
Great Chinese Historical Fiction
There's danmei, romance, and no-CP. Different strokes for different folks, so please choose carefully!
Reread List
I reread these whenever I get the chance.
Management, Farming, and Infrastructure (Original Fiction)
Romance, danmei, and no-CP stories. Some are great, some are just okay.
Infrastructure and Management
Romance, danmei, and no-couple stories, from all kinds of perspectives. Building and running things, from governing a nation to personal stockpiling. Feel-good power fantasies.
History-Inspired Fiction
Top picks (For a long historical fanfic to keep me reading until it ends is already a success.)
Reading List for the October 2025 Task
Stories I've read but never finished
Romance
Stories I personally think are really good.
A Little Bit of Everything
A list of books I highly recommend
Metaphysics, Mystery Solving, and Feng Shui
Read
For Personal Use
A roundup of completed books I've finished. (Some I remember finishing, but somehow never subscribed to them, and they're not even in my read list...)
My Five-Star Reading List
I have a soft spot for farming, world-building, and infinite-flow stories. I love happy endings. I've reread every one of these twice and am working on my third reread.

After reading it, I really like the feeling that I can gain some knowledge while reading the article. Although the knowledge has slipped from my smooth brain, I feel that my time has not been wasted, which reduces the anxiety of reading novels.
After Brother Zheng passed away in that era and came back here, in a sense he had achieved immortality!
I like this article very much. The splendid history and humanities have returned to modern society through modern technology. This article has fulfilled a small wish of mine. Where should the long river of history flow to this day? How can we inherit the treasures left by our ancestors! What an interesting idea.
Brother Zheng's interpretation of the Great Sage is great!
When I first started following it (more than a dozen chapters), I clicked on the renewal button, but now I'm reading through it and I realize why I don't need any money...
Alas, I didn't even see the ancestors of China until the end, eg. Fuxi, Nuwa, Emperor Yan, Huangdi, Yao, Shun, and Yu...
Wang Shouren... Thirteen Incenses?
Wow wow wow wow wow I also want to see Zheng Daddy play with bumper cars hahahaha
Nice! Finished another book! Continue
Woohoo, why didn't I want to wait until the drama is over before reading this one? It would be more tiring to chase.
