A dead woman in a funeral home gives birth to a baby girl. The only old Taoist priest from a nearby temple takes her in as his disciple. When they have food, the pair cultivate on the mountain; when they run out, they go down to exorcise demons and monsters (and score free meals). Life is blissfully easy.
Then one day, the old priest finds a boy on the verge of death outside the temple and brings him back to be her junior brother.
From then on, strange things keep happening at the little temple.
For example, the richest family’s daughter in the west of the city sneaks out with two buns and insists on giving one to her junior brother.
"What a rich young lady! I’m so touched," she says, gossiping as she and her master share the spoils: a delicious little roast chicken.
"..."
For example, a foreign princess travels thousands of miles to declare that she has long admired her junior brother and is willing to offer her entire kingdom as a dowry.
"If I were a man, I’d definitely accept!"
"..."
Compared with all those gorgeous women, this senior sister is always bossing her junior brother around. "I told you to pick up the severed limb. What are you dawdling for? Do you still want to eat?"
Don’t even think about slacking off!
Senior sister is so fierce!
