I Became the Strongest in the World by Switching the BGM

[My first work. It's immature in several ways, so please read with caution.] [Upcoming crossover fic: I Wanted to Save the Literary World, but Ended Up Leading Yokohama Out of Poverty. Synopsis at the bottom. If you're interested, please add it to your favorites!] Thanks for asking! I just transmigrated and got a System. But my System seems a little different from everyone else's?! Gendi Zuoxi: What should I do if I'm broke? System: Sweetie, how about a song called The God of Wealth Has Arrived? Pay-per-play is only 998! Gendi Zuoxi: What should I do if I run into an evil spirit? System: Sweetie, how about a song from the Great Compassion Mantra? We even have a DJ version! Satisfaction guaranteed! Gendi Zuoxi: What should I do if I run into an enemy I can't beat? System: Sweetie, how about a song... Gendi Zuoxi: Play me Descendants of the Dragon! Gendi Zuoxi, a 24-year-old office worker, transmigrated into the body of a purple-haired Japanese high school girl. Then she found a music app on her phone. Then, on a whim, she opened it "System loading complete. Welcome to the I Have Background Music, So I'm Invincible System." Well, she certainly hadn't expected the System's name to be so lame. [Warnings] The heroine is weak at first and strong later. This is a story about an ordinary person gradually growing stronger. The early plot focuses on sorcery, and Yokohama comes later. CP: 5t5. The main story focuses on the heroine's growth and friendships, with very little romance! The romance will be covered in a separate extra later. Also, 5t5 in this story is a good teacher! (Probably.) This is simply a self-indulgent practice piece. Lots of headcanon! There will definitely be out-of-character moments in this fanfic! I'm a new writer, so please be kind! I won't abandon this story, so feel free to jump in! Usually updated once a day. I'll post a notice if anything comes up. Upcoming story: I Wanted to Save the Literary World, but Ended Up Leading Yokohama Out of Poverty Ueda Chizuru had always dreamed of becoming a novelist in this world, where literature was in short supply. When her third submission was rejected, a friend recommended an immersive role-playing game. Hoping to find inspiration for her writing, she decided to give it a try. Chapter 1: You are a shrine maiden in the Heian period. Protecting peace across the land is your duty! Ueda Chizuru: Got it. Take out the leader and the rest will fall. So she grabbed the special AK-47 from her beginner's gift pack and swiftly took out the King of Curses' hideout. Looking at her bizarre “spoils of war,” Ueda Chizuru wrote The Poem of Curses and Firearms, which won the newcomer award. The Yokohama government introduced a ban on firearms, and the Port Mafia went straight into the red. Boss Mori: ? Chapter 2: You are a teacher in an ancient family passed down through the generations. You are responsible for educating its future heir. Ueda Chizuru: Got it. If they don't study themselves to death, I'll study them to death. Math, Chinese, English, politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry, and biology. A quiz every three days and a major exam every five. After teaching them, Ueda Chizuru ran off without a shred of guilt and wrote Encouragement to Learning, which became another huge hit. A citywide education craze swept Yokohama. No diploma, no job, and two of the Five Executives were suddenly unemployed. Dazai: ?? Chapter 3: You are a private detective investigating a series of disappearances in a remote village. Ueda Chizuru: Got it. Collective punishment, protection for informants, and cash rewards. Starting from the very foundations, she made an enormous contribution to the village's demolition and redevelopment. After all that, she kept a low profile and wrote Renovation and Rebirth, a record-breaking bestseller. The slum redevelopment plan was put into action, and Yokohama's infamous crater district was gone for good. Chuuya: ??? Chapter 4: You are a promising young student. You attend Jujutsu High and strive to become an excellent sorcerer. While Ueda Chizuru was thinking about what to write for her next book, she accidentally discovered that everyone, from the teachers to her classmates, was avidly reading her books. Ueda Chizuru: ??? Wait, isn't this a game? Did my books transmigrate without me knowing?!! #Any similarities in the novels are purely coincidental. We really don't know each other. :) #Also, please stop sending me pennants. There's really no room left to hang them at home!!! Theme: Keep going through wind and waves, and brighter days will come.
