Please Follow Labor Laws When Hiring Cursed Spirits

"I was such a fool. Really."

Tochigi Hikaru lifted her lifeless eyes.

"I knew this job was tough. I had to look after Gojo Satoru, go on missions with him to exorcise curses, and even work as a teaching assistant and spar with the students."

"But he provided room and board, paid me well, and helped cover my employee pension contributions, so I put up with it."

"But I never expected..."

Tochigi Hikaru hurled the cake in her hand into the lap of Gojo Satoru, who was lounging on the sofa with his legs crossed.

"Cursed spirits can't open personal bank accounts!"

Another gloriously unpaid day at work. Haha.

CP: Gojo. This isn't a ghostly romance, and it has a happy ending. The heroine will come back to life.

The plot, setting, and timeline of the original work will be adjusted to suit this story. If anything contradicts the original, please treat this as a parallel universe. (Bows deeply.)

Theme: Kindness should not become a tool for exploitation.
