My Childhood Friend Is Sweet and Fierce

Qi Lesi's childhood friend, Lu Mingze, was outstanding in looks, physique, family background, and ability, and people were always setting their sights on him.

Over the years, Qi Lesi had lost count of how many times he'd watched Lu Mingze coldly turn down someone's confession, then immediately block them.

But whenever Lu Mingze rejected someone, he would pull Qi Lesi close and say with a smile, “I think my little darling is the best.”

Qi Lesi thought Lu Mingze was the best, too. They lived together and went everywhere together, and Lu Mingze took care of him in every possible way.

He gently coaxed Qi Lesi out of bed each morning with breakfast, knowing he loved to sleep in and was grumpy when he woke up.

He paid attention to every casual remark Qi Lesi made and did his best to make his wishes come true as soon as possible.

He held Qi Lesi, who was afraid of thunder, and told stories and hummed songs to him all night.

When they were apart, all it took was Qi Lesi saying, “Zege, I can't sleep,” for Lu Mingze to book a flight and rush over in the middle of the night to comfort him.

Qi Lesi hoped Lu Mingze would keep saying “my little darling is the best” for the rest of their lives.

He never expected Lu Mingze to one day tell him, “Little darling, I'm moving out,” and deliberately start keeping his distance.

Thinking Lu Mingze had finally figured out how he felt, Qi Lesi grew a little dejected.

Later, Qi Lesi came out to his family without hesitation and planned to move out of the apartment he shared with Lu Mingze.

But Lu Mingze pulled Qi Lesi tightly into his arms.

His usually calm voice trembled, and his warm breath brushed Qi Lesi's ear. “Little darling, don't go.”

● One-on-one romance, happy ending. They have mutual crushes, with no heartbreaking angst, just a little sweet treat~

○ The plot is all from the author's imagination. A lot of it doesn't reflect what would normally happen in real life, but the author doesn't have much life experience. Everything is in service of the story, so please go easy on me.
