My Years Running a Zoo in the Interstellar World

(The synopsis and setup may change. Add to your collection with caution.)

Wen Zhezhu transmigrates to the interstellar era, gets bound to a livestreaming System, and is forced to take over a broken-down zoo with not a single animal in sight.

The System issues a task: “The animals have been deployed. Host, use your personal charm to win their approval and earn the audience's affection.”

In a corner of the zoo, he finds the so-called deployed animal: a giant panda whose water has broken.

He diligently helps with the delivery, but as soon as the panda cub is born, the mother panda punches him twice and turns him into one of her kind.

A line of text appears above the giant panda's head: “Pervert human, don't come near me!”

Wen Zhezhu: “Well, this panda sure is feisty.”

He tries to soothe her with a gentle voice, but the giant panda grabs her cub and runs off without a trace.

System: “The deployed animal has run away. Zoo damage increased by 10%. Host, please keep trying. If zoo damage exceeds 50%, you will be struck by heavenly lightning.”

Wen Zhezhu: “???”

For the sake of his own life, he begins the arduous task of taming the deployed animals.

At first, the animals: “Humans, stay the hell away from us!”

Later, the animals: “This human has spiritual energy that can help us cultivate! Charge, brothers!”

Later still, interstellar humans discover a zoo called Lingzhao on a remote planet.

The director is an adorable Chinese boy with dimples when he smiles.

The animals here are all incredibly remarkable:

The giant pandas can cook. The panda restaurant is famous throughout the stars, and everyone who eats there gives it rave reviews.

The tigers teach Chinese martial arts, and one tiger punch is enough to make people cry for their mothers.

Even the kittens can paint, and their artwork gets snapped up in a frenzy by interstellar buyers!

The animals: “Well, the director said only the best workers can cultivate by his side.”

But there's one exception!

That white wolf doesn't have to work hard or try to charm the audience, yet he gets to stay with the director all the time.

This leaves all the other animals thoroughly disgruntled, and they submit a joint protest.

Then... the next day, a silver-haired man is the one by the director's side.
