My Childhood Friend Actually...

I've had a crush on my childhood friend for years.

Unfortunately, he's straight and has a girlfriend.

I lose hope.

My childhood friend breaks up with her soon after.

I feel nothing.

It's not like I'd have a chance anyway.

But then he says he's not straight?!

First-person narration.
