What Bad Intentions Could a Little Dragon Have?

Shu Jinglan has a strange condition: if it's going to rain tomorrow, he's emo today; if the skies will clear tomorrow, he's irritable today. His forecast is 100% accurate, and 1,000% annoying.

One day, Jiang Leng, the classmate who's always been at odds with him, blocked his way and, with a twisted expression, said, "Date me." Shu Jinglan was already burning with the irrational fury of knowing that tomorrow was sure to be sunny.

"What's gotten into you?" Shu Jinglan scoffed. "Fine. If there's a torrential downpour tomorrow, I'll say yes."

The next day.

Rain poured outside the window.

Shu Jinglan: ???

For the first time, his weather forecast was wrong!

Jiang Leng walked into the classroom with rain-mussed hair. There was no joy at the thought of starting a relationship on his face, only the smug satisfaction of winning the bet.

He pointed at the downpour outside, his eyebrows practically reaching the ceiling, and said smugly, "Well? You're not going to be a sore loser, are you?"

With everyone watching, Shu Jinglan had no choice but to honor the bet and accept this "match made in heaven."

Jiang Leng said he wanted to hold hands. Shu Jinglan put up with it.

Jiang Leng said he wanted to go on dates. Shu Jinglan put up with it.

Jiang Leng said he wanted to kiss. Shu Jinglan completely lost it!

And then put up with it anyway...

Only later did Shu Jinglan learn that Jiang Leng was a little dragon person, and that the unexpected rain that day was something Jiang Leng had made by flying up into the sky and conjuring it himself.

Shu Jinglan: So you cheated? Fine, now my fists are itching.

Jiang Leng stammered, "What little dragon people do... doesn't count as cheating... I made it rain with my own skills, okay? Besides, you agreed to date me. You can't take it back!"
