Chi Yi narrows her eyes and forcefully knocks Xie Shaojun's hand away. The next day, they go to finalize their divorce.

3. Half a month later, Xie Shaojun dies of cancer. Before she dies, she donates a kidney to Jian Qing.

2. This is a story with foreshadowing. If I revealed all the hints from the very beginning, there'd be no point in reading it. This is a groveling-after-the-breakup story, so there will naturally be plenty of controversy. But an author can't let the comments section dictate the story, or the groveling won't have any fire. It would be neither angsty nor satisfying.
