Synopsis

Comic artist Tong Xi is dragged into the fray after bizarre black-and-white comics become real all over the world.

The comics are divided into levels and genres.

-- Ordinary, Restricted, Nightmare, Dangerous, Perilous, Terrifying, Chilling, Fatal, Catastrophic, Hellish, World-Ending, and Unsolvable.

-- Supernatural stories such as "The Death Hospital" and "The Blood-Soaked High School"; folk horror such as "Zombie Tracks" and "Tales of Witchcraft"; thriller adventures such as "The Mystery of the Hanging Coffin" and "Glacier Hauntings"; bizarre tales such as "Insect Transformation"; mysteries, and more...

Here, death is real, but so are the generous rewards.

Players entering a comic world for the first time randomly receive a permanent skill.

Tong Xi checked his permanent skill: "Comic Book."

[Whenever he enters an instance world formed from a comic, its original plot is loaded in advance into his permanent skill, "Comic Book."]

[Any event he experiences in an instance is also drawn in real time in the "Comic Book."]

However, Tong Xi soon discovered that the original comic plot was locked and he couldn't read it.

But once he earned enough points, he could unlock the next page in advance.

So he could see what would happen in the instance beforehand and avoid danger. What a great skill!

So Tong Xi seized every chance to earn points in instances of all levels.

But after unlocking a comic early yet again, he suddenly realized something seemed off.

-- It seemed that every comic instance he experienced featured the same man.

And when this man occasionally stared at him, it always seemed like he was looking for a place to... sink his teeth into?
