The Drought Demon Saves the World, For Real? [Apocalypse]

Yin Jiuli was born with a sacred Dao constitution, destined to be emperor, yet was forced to become an immortal, indestructible drought demon.

When the drought demon emerges, thousands of miles of land wither, and disaster strikes the world.

At that moment, Yin Jiuli is bound to a world-saving System.

[Hello, Host. I'm the first System developed by the World-Hopping Bureau's World-Saving Department. We're currently recruiting Hosts to save the world. Would you be interested in becoming our department's first employee to transmigrate to apocalyptic worlds and save them?]

Yin Jiuli: "..."

I'm a drought demon. Save the world? Is this for real?

[In the supernatural apocalypse, ghosts and spirits run rampant, and everything is terrifying. Yin Jiuli: They're all supplements.]

[In the zombie apocalypse, humanity is lost and survival is hard. Yin Jiuli: They're ugly as sin.]

[In the extreme-heat apocalypse, volcanoes erupt and temperatures soar amid severe drought. Yin Jiuli: A nice lava bath.]

[In the extreme-cold apocalypse, snow and ice blanket the world and the cold is unbearable. Yin Jiuli: Free air conditioning.]

And there's the apocalypse overrun with zombies, the one where ancient lifeforms return, the one plagued by endless tsunamis...

Yin Jiuli: "Are you sure you want a drought demon to save the world?"

World-Saving System: Please, I'm begging you!

He's a drought demon, but saving the world is the real deal!

After a trial run in the first world and becoming a full employee in the second, Yin Jiuli eventually becomes the honorary head of the World-Saving Department and marries the director of the World-Hopping Bureau.

Yin Jiuli recalls how they met. "Did you abuse your power?"

Fu Yuan thinks for a moment, then answers uncertainly, "Does turning into a fluffy creature and staying by your side in every apocalypse count?"

[The fluffy-loving bottom, a drought demon who always wants to draw talismans and practice Daoism, eventually evolves into a Hou and becomes a god x the dignified, immortal-like top whose true form's primordial energy has long since become divine, and who loves turning into a fluffy creature to inspect his work]
