I, the Marriage Registry, Showed Up Uninvited

Li Wo, the last little snail spirit on Earth, has been feeling a bit troubled lately.

After the local spirit who oversaw the marriages in his domain ascended to immortality, Li Wo inherited his mantle. A hundred years later, the house evolved from her shell came to be known as the Civil Affairs Bureau. Every couple who came to her to complete their marriage contract gave her a little more hope of ascending to heaven.

But lately...

Her numbers haven't been looking too good.

ε=(?o`*))) Sigh, life is hard. Wo Wo sighs.

To make her dream of ascending sooner come true,

Li Wo brought photos of four girls to Ruan Che, a man said to have the ill-fated Lone Star destiny. Match him with one person, and it would be worth matching a hundred others.

She adjusted her black glasses, confirmed the identity of the man in front of her, then spread her hands and offered him the photos.

"Hey, do you want a wife?"

"QAQ"

Ruan Che is paralyzed from the waist down, cold and depressed, and a bit of a lunatic.

His friends betrayed him, his family abandoned him, and no one loves him.

Until a girl knocked on his door.
