She Made Me Believe in Science

The title has nothing to do with the story. It was originally called My Wife Is a Bewitching Ghost.

Blurb:

Song Qian is an ordinary college student who believes in the science of socialism.

Then one day, she discovered something deeply unscientific: whenever she started dating someone, she'd dream at night that she was cheating, and the dreams were always a little explicit. Stranger still, the person she cheated with was always the same woman!?

...Then her partner would cheat on her, and find all sorts of ways to pin the blame on her.

So after two years of college, Song Qian hadn't even kissed anyone!

Unwilling to give up, Song Qian started dating a sweet, well-behaved girl. Just as expected, she dreamed about that woman again. The next day, Song Qian saw her sweet girlfriend hanging off some strange man, and discovered that she'd saved Song Qian in her phone as "Pretty ATM."

To get by, do you really have to wear a little green on your head?

Wear what green? Song Qian refused to believe it.

She went out and got a cross, carrying it with her at all times.

That night, Song Qian dreamed of the woman again. Dressed in a red gauze robe, the woman lay beside her, twirling the cross in her hand as she looked at Song Qian and smiled. "Darling, this thing is for keeping vampires away."

"It doesn't work on me."

Ji Wuxin is a famous and celebrated bewitching ghost in the ghost world, exceptionally graceful and stunningly beautiful. Her red lips leave ghosts of all genders dizzy and unable to find their way.

One day, at a small gathering in the ghost world, Ji Wuxin, who could usually drink a thousand cups without getting drunk, didn't touch a drop and left early. A ghost asked her, baffled, why.

Ji Wuxin lifted a hand to tuck a loose strand of hair behind her ear, looking a little bashful. "My family is strict. I have a nine o'clock curfew."

The ghosts: We don't get it.

We're all grown-up, gorgeous ghosts, and you still have a curfew?

A pure-hearted college student who believes in no gods or spirits x a beautiful "bewitching ghost" who won't leave her alone

Note:

1. There are a lot of personal liberties. It shouldn't be scary, and it's more comedic. Happy ending.

2. This is just silly writing for fun. Don't take the characters as a reflection of the author!

3. It's a bit of an ensemble cast, so the main characters aren't in every part.

Theme: Believe in science. Seeing is believing.
