Su Ta, unemployed right after graduation, happened upon a flyer on a street corner. It read, "Wanted: Special-Grade Interstellar Chef."
With bills to pay, Su Ta decided to try his luck.
The interviewer was deeply moved by the food he sampled:
"It's actually cooked."
"And there are at least two side dishes. Look at that lovely green stuff. Is that scallion?"
"Wonderful. I haven't seen meat without blood on it in ages. Those guys keep saying they're busy, and can't even get the fur washed clean."
Su Ta: "Sounds like you're short-staffed over there."
"Staff? No. We may be short on meat, but people are another matter." The interviewer spoke in a deadpan voice. "We don't have a suitable cook yet, so everyone has to eat nutritional paste. I'm not necessarily looking for a professional chef. Anyone who can cook will do."
Su Ta: "..."
He seemed to have said something pretty shocking, but I don't really want to ask.
The interviewer added, "Oh, and we're not a ringworld company. We're somewhere a little bigger than that."
A planet covered entirely by ocean.
With a nervous, hard-to-describe feeling in his heart, Su Ta followed the interviewer onto a pirate ship... no, a spaceship, and transmigrated all the way to...
A lone star?
Everyone here was fully armed, moving in unison with orderly steps, like guards protecting some kind of base fortress.
"Take this chain gun, and you'll be the coolest guy in our prison! Our slogan is..."
"Down with those Federation dog-friends!"
Crack.
Su Ta watched in horror as he bent his Federation resident ID card in half.
A new little cook arrived on the island. He was handsome, kindhearted, always ready to help, and could make all sorts of dishes they'd never tasted before. The only thing worth mentioning was that the little chef was a bit of a scaredy-cat, always getting startled by things for no reason.
But it was fine. They understood each other. Akesha concluded that things were looking good. Humans were just easily embarrassed, and even if they were different species, reproductive isolation could be overcome.
Then one day, the little chef got drunk and accidentally let his true feelings slip:
"Sir, I'm too stringy, and my skin isn't even nice. Could you, could you please stop thinking about..."
Before he could say the word "eating," the inspector sighed helplessly. "I don't care about appearances. Besides, you're not ugly, Su Ta. You should have more confidence in yourself."
It's over.
Su Ta was dead inside.
The inspector's appetite, indifferent to whether something was beautiful or ugly, was truly terrifying.
Also known as:
"Those Years I Was Forced to Infiltrate the Enemy's Home Base"
"In Cao Cao's Camp, With My Heart in Cao Cao's Camp"
A purely lighthearted farming story. Lots of things are made up by the author, so you don't need to think too hard while reading.
I'll add more as I think of it~
Theme: Life is hard. Keep striving
Why didn't Suta listen?
What? ! I haven't seen you for a few days and even changed to a planet!

More points! Don't force me to beg you (
Which country on earth do the Felna people correspond to? I thought the protagonist was a Chinese.
Eat eat eat! ! Just eat, eat, eat rabbit!
I feel like Suta is the kind of smart little guy who will continue to pretend not to know even if he knows they are not human.
Suta's past turned out to be extraordinary...
Looking forward to mecha battles and spaceships! ! !
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
