Luan Mingyu somehow found herself in a bizarre little town.

The town had only recently begun rebuilding. It was a barren wasteland, with shattered walls, ruined buildings, withered fields, and a foul-smelling lake. Its only public facility was a restroom.

That wasn't all. The town was rife with absurd supernatural events, and its few remaining original residents were all bizarre in appearance.

The butcher selling meat had a sheep's head, the carrot vendor had a pair of rabbit ears, and the florist was a paper doll...

Most terrifying of all was the town mayor, said to be cruel, tyrannical, greedy, lecherous, and guilty of every imaginable evil.

Yet residents had to obey the town's three ironclad rules.

1. Do not disobey the laws and rules announced by the mayor.

2. All residents must love and support the mayor.

3. Pay your taxes on time and be a law-abiding citizen.

Under the rule of this infamous mayor, players had no way to resist and struggled to survive.

They had to clear terrifying dungeons, and to make a living, they also had to work themselves to the bone every day to earn money.

Of course, none of that had anything to do with Luan Mingyu.

Picking up her briefcase, Luan Mingyu got into the latest model sedan and headed to the mayor's office.

Her exciting life as mayor was about to begin.

As the mayor of the bizarre little town, Luan Mingyu had her own troubles, too.
