After Marrying My Best Friend

Song Fengwei is aloof and bad at making friends. From childhood onward, Zhou Xushan has been his only close friend. They grew up together, inseparable and closer than brothers. In Song Fengwei's eyes, Zhou Xushan is successful, upright, gentlemanly, and thoughtful. He has nothing but good qualities, and no one in the world could be better. Song Fengwei considers Zhou Xushan as important as himself. So when Zhou Xushan, troubled by his family's pressure to marry, asked Song Fengwei for help in distress, Song Fengwei was even more anxious than he was. “What should I do to help you?” Zhou Xushan's solution was for the two of them to get married. Song Fengwei agreed after only a few seconds of surprise. It was just a favor, getting married. Zhou Xushan was his best and closest friend, after all. After the wedding, Zhou Xushan suggested they sleep in the same bed. Song Fengwei didn't mind. They'd slept in the same bed plenty of times growing up, hadn't they? Once, Zhou Xushan accidentally kissed him. Song Fengwei thought about it and decided it was fine. They were good friends, and a little physical contact was normal. Zhou Xushan got drunk and slept with him. The next morning, Song Fengwei turned around and saw Zhou Xushan holding him. He breathed a sigh of relief. It was just his good friend, so it was fine. Zhou Xushan loved Song Fengwei. He had loved him since childhood. His love didn't diminish as they grew older. If anything, it only grew more intense. He wished he could stay by Song Fengwei's side twenty-four hours a day, personally taking care of him and leaving traces of himself in every part of Song Fengwei's life. He wanted Song Fengwei to have eyes for no one but him. Every time Song Fengwei looked at someone else, Zhou Xushan felt threatened. His possessiveness toward Song Fengwei had grown obsessive, but Song Fengwei only saw him as a good friend. By chance, Zhou Xushan learned that Song Fengwei's mother wanted to introduce him to potential marriage partners, and he panicked. Song Fengwei was so handsome and so exceptional. How could anyone who met him not like him? And Song Fengwei was so kind and trusting. What if someone said anything to him and whisked him away? Zhou Xushan couldn't sit still. He had to marry Song Fengwei first! *I've changed the blurb to a new version, but the trope is the same~ Theme: None for now
