After the Sea King Was Left a Widower

* You kneel in mourning clothes before the black-and-white memorial hall. Those who come to pay their respects cast you sympathetic looks, whispering behind your back that you poor thing. You listen without reacting. You're an obscure little star with little education and the good fortune to marry into a wealthy family. But your husband dies the following year. You weren't very close, but for the sake of his inheritance, you dutifully observe the mourning period for three months. * Three months later, you join a reality show. It's just an ordinary reality show, and nobody has much faith in the program. After the organizers announce your name on Weibo, people are still asking who you are. After half a lifetime in show business, you're still a nobody. As you're wondering how to respond, one explosive announcement after another suddenly appears on Weibo. Idol Xu Xiyan joins the show. Top-tier star Pei Chi joins the show. Film emperor Han Heming joins the show. Everyone is utterly stunned. They can't figure out what's so great about this lousy show. Only you know that the people who showed up are your three exes. * After the show starts, the young idol stares at you without blinking. The rebellious top-tier star has your name tattooed on his lower back. The usually low-key film emperor publicly declares his love for you. Even though the forums call you a player, you remain calm despite having completely forgotten your late husband, and you insist you're not a player, just someone with love for the whole world. That is, until a strange knocking comes from outside your house. When you open the door, a pale-skinned man is standing there. Cold seawater runs down his entire body, And he gives off a chilling aura. The visitor is also your husband, who died three months ago... You can no longer stay calm.
