1. By a stroke of fate, Ye Wu and Fang Zhishi met.

That day, Fang Zhishi posted a photo of the two of them on his social media. They both looked stunning. The caption read, "A wonderful friend." But Ye Wu was blocked from seeing the post.

His WeChat friends saw the comments he left for himself:

- But I want her to be my girlfriend.

- Shh.

- She can't see this post.

"You're a feast for the eyes, but I wasn't drawn to you just because of your looks."

2. Ye Wu never expected it would be so easy to invite Fang Zhishi to appear in her new film.

On the day their microfilm won an award, Fang Zhishi smiled as he watched Ye Wu lift the trophy. He suddenly remembered how in sync they'd been while discussing the script in front of the vermilion door, the night they'd watched the stars in the vast desert, and the wish they'd made as they released a Kongming lantern.

It seemed their wish had come true.

3. One midsummer afternoon that year. You stood in front of the bookshelf and turned to look at me.

Back then, I thought:

Though you didn't know me yet, I was the one who sent you those flowers.
