You Really Aren't Following the Plan, Are You?

Joshua thinks that anything can happen in this world. His village was destroyed by demons, and he was the only survivor. He was fortunate to possess extraordinary talent as a mage, which was how he managed to kill the demons who destroyed his village with his own hands. You could say he was pretty lucky. Though he was badly injured and caught up in the demons' final spell, he survived in the end. There was just one big problem. Lady Serie, it really is possible for the magical world to be turned upside down. Pirates and the Navy? The Four Emperors? The Pirate King? The World Government? What are all these things? Just as he finally managed to wrap his head around this enormous world, he was kidnapped by a pirate. A pirate who had even got the wrong person! This strange pirate shattered Joshua's entire worldview. An unfamiliar world, unfamiliar people. Everything was strange, yet it all seemed dazzling. ...So that's why he eventually agreed to join the crew. Sorry, Lady Serie. I'm going to be a pirate while also working as a mage. You just got to the New World and you're looking for Shanks? Are you serious? You're challenging Whitebeard? No, wait... You're the Pirate King's son... Hold on, hold on! Is this really something you can tell me?! Joshua: You really don't follow the plan at all, do you? Theme: It really is wonderful that you were born into this world
