When a Thunder Breathing User Is Reborn as Toji's Daughter

[Updates at random times every day~] In my previous life, I died in the line of duty as a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. In this life, I was reborn in a world without demons. I was part of an ordinary family, with a gentle, kind mother and a father who loved gambling but was completely henpecked. The three of us lived a happy, simple life, the kind where ordinary was just right. But tragedy struck. My mother died giving birth to my little brother, Megumi, and my father was so devastated that his personality changed completely. As an adult with memories of two lives, I shouldered the responsibility of the family then and worked hard to raise my brother and father. It was fine. Reborn into another life and blessed with precious family, I wouldn’t ask for more. So what if my little brother was still nursing? So what if my father was depressed, drank too much, and loved betting on horse races? I was determined to protect them! Then one day, Dad came home from a business trip. As he stepped into the entrance, I heard the piercing sound of a demon at his waist for the first time in ages. Terrified, I grabbed the kitchen knife and unleashed six consecutive strikes of Thunder Breathing at Dad’s stomach! “Dad, don’t move! Thunder Breathing, ” After leaving the Zenin family, the man with Heavenly Restriction had once had an ordinary family and truly doted on his only daughter. His eldest daughter hadn’t inherited a technique. Like all non-sorcerers, she couldn’t see curses or use cursed energy. That was just fine. After his wife died unexpectedly, his eldest daughter took on the burden of the entire family by herself, bearing a weight no child her age should have to carry. Toji had a rare moment of conscience and figured his late wife, who had adored their daughter, would berate him from beyond the grave. So he dusted off his old assassin identity, went on a few jobs, earned some money to help with expenses, and finally came home after a long time away. Toji never imagined what would happen. The moment he opened the front door, his own daughter came hurtling toward him with a kitchen knife, wrapped in lightning! She swung with pinpoint accuracy at the cursed spirit Ugly Treasure coiled around his waist. “Dad, don’t move! Thunder Breathing, First Form, ” Toji, who nearly thought his daughter was about to kill her own father: ??? Sweetie, aren’t you an ordinary person who can’t even see curses?! Please note before reading: 1. I’ve tried to follow the original timeline. The heroine was born seven years before Megumi. Before Toji married into the Fushiguro family for the second time, she and Megumi both had the surname Zenin. 2. In her previous life, the heroine was Zenitsu’s junior disciple and a Thunder Breathing swordswoman, with the bonus abilities of the Demon Slayer Mark and Transparent World. 3. The heroine has no cursed energy and can’t see curses, making her a non-sorcerer. However, like Zenitsu, she has exceptional hearing and can hear the sounds made by curses. 4. This is a cozy child-rearing story, with the father getting raised too, and I’m aiming for a slice-of-life feel. 5. Her love interest is Geto. Theme: Respect the elderly and care for the young, starting with me.
