Caught Between Two Family Heads, I Refuse to Be Human

[Free bonus chapters from Chapter 109 onward!] In the Taisho era, people called me the last demon in the world. I knew perfectly well that I hadn't died alongside my boss Muzan simply because the double contract binding me to those two had dragged me back from the gates of death and kept me in the mortal world. One was the [Soul Bond] from the Gojo family, which gave my soul a fixed form; the other was the [Shikigami Contract] from the Zenin family, which stabilized my physical form. I was deeply moved, so I decided to stay by their sides and repay them properly. I promised to stay with them until the end of their lives. And just like that, I raised a huge death flag. When the time came for me to “die” a second time, while saving the jujutsu world, it was even more gruesome. I blew myself into countless pieces right in front of them, so badly that there was no putting me back together. I think I may have left those two with some serious psychological scars. Because when I awoke again a hundred years later, I heard that not long after my “death,” they had turned on each other and died together. Me: ... Come on, guys. It wasn't that bad. At that point, I paid no attention to the double contract still binding me. Since they were already dead, I let myself go, free of worries and ready to live it up. What I didn't expect was that even though the two of them had died, their souls could still be reincarnated. What I expected even less was that my death had given them severe PTSD. Zenin: “Stay. Stay here... Don't leave again. Please, I can't lose you a third time.” Gojo: “Dying for the jujutsu world? How brave of you. I'm so moved I could almost cry...” “...So this time, live. Properly. Okay?” [Let the world do whatever it wants. I just want you alive.] I clutched my umbrella and bristled. Oh no. ...I think I accidentally made those two crazy yanderes. Reader's guide: 1. The heroine's only golden finger is Cursed Spirit Manipulation. This story also includes some original worldbuilding. 2. The timeline has been changed, and the setting is the Taisho era. 3. It uses the past-life dual-head-of-family setup for Megumi and Gojo. Sorry, but this is just too good (tears). 4. In this story, Megumi's mom survives, his dad doesn't marry into the Fushiguro family, and Megumi's name is Zenin Megumi. 5. This is a 1v1 romance, with Gojo as the male lead, but it's a love triangle until the ending. (Megumi's bonus story will be posted in the comments.) 6. Written in third person. Theme: Always hold on to a kind heart, no matter what.
