1. This is a one-on-one romance, with the pairing being Gojo squared: a female version of teacher Gojo as the heroine, and high school Gojo as the hero. A mature, reserved teacher Gojo who likes to be pampered x a high school Gojo who thinks he's the greatest under heaven and is ridiculously arrogant. Both are beautiful maniacs at heart.
2. There are plenty of unrequited crushes, because who could resist gorgeous Teacher Gojo? But the teacher only loves herself, in every sense of the phrase.
3. It's an age-gap romance between an older woman and a younger man at first. The gap evens out later, so don't worry, dive right in (heart).
