The Deep Sea

During a drug-cleanup operation, Duan Baifeng was mistakenly arrested as a suspect by Officer Guo Yijie of the criminal investigation squad. What Officer Guo never expected was that this kid would turn out to be an intern from the police academy, arriving at the city bureau two weeks later.

Duan Baifeng: Hello, Captain. It's me, that suspect.

Guo Yijie had been wondering where to find him, and now the guy had delivered himself right to his door!

Duan Baifeng: Never offend the higher-ups. I have to be their best little lapdog!

What could he do? Guo Yijie was exactly his type~

Guo Yijie: Why is this Duan guy so attentive? Does he like me? Hmm... Duan Baifeng looks pretty good. I suppose I could consider it...

Duan Baifeng: Something's not right! There's something off about this superior! Help, officer! Ah! My superior is the officer!

Sure enough, the next day, Guo Yijie was the only one who showed up for work.

Meanwhile, a criminal organization that should have vanished more than a decade ago appeared once again in Raolin City, like the walking dead. What were they really after? Who was the one wearing a mask?

“I carried a secret, as if I were submerged in an endless deep sea, without light, suffocating. I thought I would drown alone in that boundless, freezing sea... until one day, a ray of sunlight shone down.”
