After the Idol Lost His Halo

Xu Songsheng followed an obscure underground idol group. She wasn't exactly a die-hard fan, but she never missed a live show or a signing event. Then, before long, the name of the member she supported exclusively appeared on a public-service announcement channel on the big screen. Under the label of an "pheromone criminal." In this world, Alphas and Omegas with pheromone levels above three are designated "persons of public concern." Those above level six are deemed "born criminals" and barred from all public gatherings. They have to register with the local police and be monitored around the clock. His pheromone level was seven, yet with his company's help and cover-up, he had disguised himself as a harmless level-two Alpha and worked as an idol. * The authorities released a wanted notice for him, but it didn't mention his pheromones. Xu Songsheng had always thought his pheromones smelled like sweet white grape sparkling wine. After all, that's how the company had always advertised him: a harmless, low-level Alpha. But in reality, they smelled like gin. The scent was sharp and strong enough to make her eyes water. Its source was now sprawled lazily in her computer chair, filling the cramped room with pheromones. If the concentration rose by just two more levels, Xu Songsheng would die of "excessive pheromone exposure." The heavens knew she was just a delicate Beta. The beautiful, dangerously potent Alpha propped his face on one hand. The face fans had once praised as pure and adorable as an angel smiled, revealing a pair of canine teeth, as he gazed tenderly at her. His voice was sweet: "It's been a long time, sis." *This is a nontraditional A/B/O setting, with some original worldbuilding. Theme: Believe in love and hope.
