Villain, You Ask Why I Won't Marry You, Yet Keep Flirting

This story has been so difficult to write. My mind has been completely blank for the past few months, and I just couldn't keep going. I even started wondering if I'd forgotten how to write. I felt miserable for months and thought I was on the verge of depression. The month before last, stress and health problems gave me bronchitis. Last month, I could barely think while staring at my computer. Readers who have been following this story may know that I've been stuck on it for ages, constantly revising and rewriting. Sometimes I revise a chapter more than ten times, and even I feel that what I've written is so dry. A few days ago, I finally got a little inspiration for a new story. I'll start that one first to get back into writing and regain my inspiration and routine. I'll slowly work on this one later. I'm sorry, everyone. orz After the Marquis's household falls into decline, Shen Lingyu has a nightmare and remembers that she transmigrated into a book as a villainous supporting character. By now, she'd already done everything she could to ruin herself. She constantly opposed the heroine and even took advantage of the book's seriously injured villain when he was powerless, forcing herself on him. Her fate was to be convicted, abused and violated by the powerful, and die a miserable death. To save her life, she had no choice but to seduce that powerful villain, the heir to the Prince of Yue, Ji Liantan. In the warm chamber, Shen Lingyu gently traced his palm with her little finger, her gaze seductive. "My lord." Ji Liantan stiffened. He frowned coldly and pressed his cool, pale fingers against the back of her hand. After countless failed attempts to seduce him, Shen Lingyu lost heart, packed her things, and ran off to find a second powerful patron. Unexpectedly, at a banquet several months later, just as she was smiling and raising a toast to her second patron, Ji Liantan caught her in the act. He cornered her outside the spirit wall, his expression dark as he gripped her chin. "Are you running away again?" Theme: Even in adversity, never submit to the powerful.
