My Happy Life with a Cat Raising Me (Beastfolk)

An old-school everyone-loves-the-protagonist setup, a short-to-medium-length sweet little story.

In a beastfolk world, humans are the most sought-after partners.

Nothing makes a better grooming brush than human hands.

When an unidentified creature picked up by the Wen family is found to be a purebred human, beastfolk society is thrown into an uproar.

Shao Lu is desperate to avoid all the invitations offering to keep him.

But later, he learns that in this society, the fluffy ones mean you can lie flat and let them pet you all they want, while they provide food and lodging.

He feels like his moral integrity has somehow shattered.

Uptight, tsundere, long-haired cat seme * sarcastic, fluff-loving uke
