Biting Cherries

Jiang Ni has liked Shen Zhan since high school. After they started college, they never officially got together, but everyone on campus considered them a couple.

In their sophomore year, Shen Zhan went abroad as an exchange student and asked his roommate, Xie Yao, to look after Jiang Ni.

The aloof young man gave her a cool glance and agreed reluctantly, as if he thought she was a nuisance.

Jiang Ni resolved to avoid provoking this cold-faced tyrant as much as possible.

Yet within a few months, she was forced to change her mind.

When Shen Zhan returned home and knocked on her door, Jiang Ni was being pinned to the sofa in the room beyond it, kissed breathless by Xie Yao as if no one else existed.

She knew everything had gone off the rails.

* This is probably a story about stealing someone's partner.
