[Updates daily, 6,000-9,000 words. I'll post a leave notice if anything comes up. 90% anti-theft protection. Writing isn't easy, so thank you for supporting the official version~~]

One day, Rong He wakes from a dream and transmigrates into the Forbidden City as a little palace maid.

Though she is a palace worker bee, Rong He knows her life is destined to be extraordinary.

She becomes Nalan Xingde's first love.

She forms an unlikely friendship with Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang.

Most importantly,

She earns Kangxi's lifelong devotion and becomes the most favored woman in the harem.

In the end, she helps Yongzheng ascend the throne and is honored as empress dowager.

Facing the young Fourth Prince, Yongzheng,

Rong He gently pats the child's cheek.

This time, Mother won't let you suffer.

Bonus Scene:

Consort De wraps an arm around Kangxi's waist and reaches up to stroke the emperor's head.

"Your Majesty, do you like this?"

Kangxi: How does she know I like having my head stroked?

Seeing that Uya is about to do more, Kangxi quickly stops her with one hand.

"I still have memorials to review. We can discuss this later."

Uya Rong He purses her lips, grabs Kangxi's queue,

"All right, Your Majesty."

The heroine's golden finger: mind reading

There is palace intrigue. There are quite a few original concubine characters in Kangxi's harem, but there won't be that many concubines.

The children won't be given away for adoption either. Please don't read if that bothers you.

Content warning: There is a romance with Nalan Xingde early on! For about 100,000 words! Please don't read if that bothers you, please don't read, please don't read!

Blurb: One day, she transmigrates into the body of Consort Xi.

The emperor's favor is elsewhere, and conflict in the harem erupts one after another.

Luckily, she has a gift for understanding people's hearts,

and a face of breathtaking beauty.

Ruo Feng glances at the cold, sinister emperor.

She lightly tugs her sleeve and walks up to Yongzheng.

"Your Majesty went to Yikun Palace last night. I read a poem recently, but I don't quite understand it."

The emperor raises an eyebrow. There are few talented women in the harem who can write poetry and paint.

"Helplessly, the long night leaves me sleepless. Several notes of song drift with the moon to the window curtains."

"You missed me?"

The emperor gently draws her into his arms.

On the surface: a delicate little flower * a cold, merciless emperor

In truth: a warm-faced, cold-hearted big sister * a sincere, love-starved puppy

Theme: Be content with what you have. An ordinary, peaceful life is what matters
