After the Demon Lord Lost His Memory

Five years ago, Qingyue Immortal Sect was surrounded and slaughtered by people who had colluded with the demonic path, attacking from within and without.

When Shen Zhiyun hurried back to the sect, all he saw was Guan Yuan standing there in bloodstained clothes, sword in hand. He gave him a gentle smile, with corpses strewn behind him and blood flowing like a river.

"Senior Brother, where are Master and the others?"

"What do you think?"

His sect had been massacred, and the senior brother closest to him was the culprit. Shen Zhiyun felt as if he had fallen into the darkest abyss.

Five years later, during the great war between immortals and demons, Shen Zhiyun plunged his sword into Guan Yuan's chest.

Guan Yuan gripped the blade in his chest and smiled as he coughed up a mouthful of blood. "Junior Brother, it hurts so much."

Shen Zhiyun sneered. "Demon Lord, are you blind? My senior brother died that night five years ago."

At the critical moment, Shen Zhiyun accidentally triggered a mechanism, and he and Guan Yuan fell together into a pocket world.

To escape the pocket world, they had to make use of the Demon Lord's power.

As it happened, Guan Yuan had lost the memories of the past five years. Shen Zhiyun pretended that they were deeply devoted senior and junior brothers, planning to kill him once they got out.

But little by little, he began to realize that someone else might have been behind the massacre five years ago.

He also discovered that Guan Yuan had kept the sword tassel Shen Zhiyun lost that night five years ago hidden in his clothes, over his chest.
