[Warning: The prolapse is out] This fool of an author doesn't have the writing skills to make the blurb match the story (bows). Darlings, please read the free chapters first, then decide whether to keep going. Once again, I bow and apologize!
Bo Yu transmigrated into a book and became the utterly insignificant fourth junior disciple in a melodramatic story about a master and his disciples.
As someone familiar with the tropes of these stories, Bo Yu knew that the master was usually in a high-risk profession, and the three disciples below him should be...
#A Demon Venerable who takes what he wants;
#A scheming, loyal hound and leader of the righteous path;
#A good-for-nothing who rises to become a proud, heaven-defying protagonist.
Bo Yu was delighted: This has nothing to do with me. Satisfied.jpg.
But he had forgotten that things had gone wrong from the very moment he transmigrated into this book.
And so...
#The eldest senior brother, destined to become a Demon Venerable, fell in love with the leader of the Joyous Union Sect;
#The second senior brother, who was meant to become the leader of the righteous path, became a humble cat servant;
#The third senior brother, destined to rise from good-for-nothing to heaven-defying protagonist, turned out to be a pure swordsman.
As for Bo Yu, when he saw his master, who had never been interested in men, looking at him in a rather peculiar way, he grabbed a bundle of spirit stones and tried to flee.
But he was pulled onto the bed.
The next day, Bo Yu held his aching lower back, his mind full of the Core Socialist Values. Where was the master-and-disciple story he had been promised?!!!
This story is also titled: Where's the Master-and-Disciple Story I Was Promised? I Should Be the Top!
Reading Guide:
1. [Apologies, with a bow] The blurb has been revised, but the main storyline is unchanged. It's still the same old recipe~ (The master has the physique of a twelve-year-old at first, and recovers after about 70,000 words.)
2. No third party, so don't hit me for all the melodrama~ Love you, mwah~
3. Sweetness with angst, angst with sweetness (not really). There are little bonus scenes in the author's notes~
Coming Soon ★ My Substitute Dao Companion Is the Villainous Master
Shen Ping, leader of the righteous path in the cultivation world, failed to survive the lightning tribulation at the Great Vehicle stage. In one moment, he transmigrated into a book and became an outer disciple of Fengqing Sect.
Born with four spiritual roots, he was also the good-for-nothing third son of a declining family. With neither a magical artifact to defend himself nor friends or elders to protect him, he was picked on every day by arrogant bullies.
Shen Ping: The Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces taught me...
Forget it. Let's just fight!
On his very first day after transmigrating into the book, Shen Ping beat up an inner disciple of Fengqing Sect.
He ground his toe into the other man's shoulder and smiled. "Do you submit?"
*
On his second day after transmigrating into the book, he was summoned before the Immortal Venerable Fenyu.
The man was peerlessly beautiful, with an ethereal air. He stared coolly at Shen Ping. "Would you be willing to become my disciple?"
Shen Ping kept a neutral expression, but inside he was overjoyed.
Now that he couldn't lift a hand or carry anything on his shoulders (crossed out), becoming the disciple of the greatest sword cultivator was like having a pie fall from the sky. What a bargain!
Half a year later, Shen Ping awoke in the middle of the night to find someone standing beside his bed. His aloof, solitary master asked coolly, "Would you be willing to become my dao companion?"
Still groggy with sleep, Shen Ping nodded impatiently.
The next day, he happened to hear someone say that he looked strikingly like his master's lost love. Shen Ping understood... Fine, a substitute romance. I know how to play this role.
To be a proper substitute, first you have to know how to take advantage of your master's favor. Next, you must help your master and dao companion fend off all those shameless admirers. Finally... you must make sure you never fall in love with the Immortal Venerable Fenyu.
Shen Ping was very satisfied, because he had done all of that.
He could even stay unmoved in the face of his drunk dao companion!
Perfect.jpg.

It wasn't long before he began to feel that something was off. His dao companion was not only domineering and jealous, but also secretly kissed him.
Later, the Immortal Venerable Fenyu slaughtered the righteous path, buried mountains and submerged seas, and "accidentally" cultivated demonic arts.
Shen Ping: What?!
Seeing his dao companion turn demonic and be hunted by the righteous sects, Shen Ping panicked and grabbed his bundle to flee. But the "dispassionate" Immortal Venerable Fenyu pinned him to the bed.
"Three hundred years ago, you ran away once. This time... are you going to sacrifice yourself for the Dao and betray me again for those ungrateful people?"
Premise: Stay positive and optimistic, and you'll surely thrive.
In my eyes, the plot looks like this (I haven't seen it yet): Bo Yu joins the crew for filming, encounters a ghost mist one time, performs a play in a fantasy world, falls in love, and has his memory erased. Then he continues the old play with a new one, reconnecting with each other, and everyone is ups and downs in the virtual reality.
So Bo Yu and Jing Fan are the same person? Looking at the extras, it seems that is no longer the case. And from reading the article, I feel that the bond between Jingfan and Fuji is deeper.
Happy New Year, my dears~ I wish you a new atmosphere in the new year, success in work and study, and most importantly, health and happiness~ (Fireworks JPG.) Ps: Tonight's update will be very late, dears, I'll watch it when you get up tomorrow, love the cuteness!
You guessed it right, I'm really jealous
I feel like the copywriting is more exciting than the main text. . .
I just want to know why Jingfan only bares his upper body when taking a shower
So, did you die in the end? Suicidal? The author comes back and explains it more clearly in the extra chapter, Erkang Hands. Jpg! I hope we can see Master and Shou Tiantian in the extra story. Why do you feel that the glass shards are so big...
It feels like the writing is very messy, with clues popping out one after another, and there was no connection before. They are stuffed here and there, like a messy bush, entangled with each other and making it difficult to sort out. The information obtained in the previous paragraph has not been unfolded, and a new mystery immediately comes in the next paragraph. Then it is decrypted without any foreshadowing, and I am left confused in the wind without understanding anything ()
The story is quite interesting, but a little confusing. Please give it a try
Come on, it looks great!
