Crazy, Yet the Strongest

The Kamo family welcomed twins born with Blood Manipulation. Norinori was the elder brother, and Noritoshi the younger. They had the gentlest, most loving mother in the world, and they were happy, until the head of the family lost the ability to father a legitimate heir. Their mother left with the elder brother, whose cursed energy was weak, leaving behind the younger son, who became the [legitimate heir]. No one could know which of them had truly been chosen, but this was the beginning of all their tragedies. ... Time swallowed the warmth the three of them had shared, leaving behind only a lonely, obsessive madman: Kamo Norinori, the most gifted person since Gojo Satoru.
