After Reincarnating as a Landlady, I Became the World's Richest

Bai You survived for ten years in the apocalypse with her wood-based ability. After she died, she was reborn as a little princess in the royal family of an interstellar empire. To fulfill her dream of becoming a landlady, she spent ten years' worth of allowance in advance to buy half the map in a laid-back game, becoming the greatest landowner of her age. But it was all for nothing: she couldn't rent out any of the houses in the game. To find tenants, Bai You rolled up her sleeves and got to work. First, she cloned the plants and animals that had gone extinct on ancient Earth, then developed the wilderness areas she owned into tourist attractions, farms, and ranches. Then she pulled out a long-lost cookbook and hired three hundred NPCs and three hundred workers, turning her cities into food hubs. Before long, Bai You had transformed a laid-back game into a game for everyone. Her workforce had grown from three people to well over a million, and her assets had more zeroes than she could count. Eventually, she became the richest person in the empire and won the Interstellar Outstanding Young Person Award. Bai You: You might not believe me, but at first, all I wanted was to be a landlady. But no one would rent my houses, so I just had to work a little harder. Forty years ago, a virus swept through the stars, causing irreversible harm to tens of millions of people. Unable to work, they had to survive on government welfare, spending their days in a dedicated retirement game designed just for them. Then one day, someone with the ID "An Unremarkable Landlady" entered their world, recruited them, and gave them a new lease on life. From that moment on, the world was never the same.
