(Bungo Stray Dogs) Our Faith

The idea came from The Untold Story (Bungo Stray Dogs): Hello, I'm Just Writing a Character Profile! It ended before it was finished, and that left me frustrated. Someone said it was fine as long as I didn't copy it word for word and just used it as a character background, so…

I'm Mori Ougai. I've done many things in my life that hurt other people. For example, sending a child to the battlefield to witness bloodshed. Making soldiers who should have returned home safely suffer twenty percent casualties on the battlefield. They always said I was their faith, that they would be content to die by my side, but I knew they were only trying to comfort me. Making children who should have been living good lives go to work. I used to think he was an adult, but that's no excuse. When I saw him and realized how important his ability was, even though I only meant to use him as a deterrent, I should have found another way. It was still my fault.

My subordinate targeted the senior disciple who should have been my enemy. We had no choice but to form an alliance between two groups, then another alliance between three groups, changing my teacher's plan. My teacher said it was better this way, but I still feel like I let him down.

And my subordinates, who should have just worked their regular hours, are working themselves to the bone to develop things that should have been my responsibility. I made them worry about everything. But now it's all over. I've fulfilled my mission. The world's consciousness won't let an anomaly like me remain. I looked back at the building and thought, Goodbye, everyone.

Twenty years later, Mori Ougai was cosplaying as Mori Ougai at home when he transmigrated to the main world and regained his memories of his previous life.

Oh, and people from the world of faith will come to the main world!
