Are Aliens People? (Marvel and DC)

Master, how did I come to be?

I found you. I was feeling restless that day, so I cast a divination. It pointed east. When I passed by, you were just breaking out of your shell. I cast another divination, and it said we were destined to meet.

Then am I human?

Oh? Have you ever seen a human come out of a shell? You must be a human-demon hybrid. I'm not sure exactly what you're mixed with, either. Perhaps an ancient mythical beast.

Oh. Then do I have an inheritance?

Yes. It should have something to do with the sun.

Then why don't I feel anything?

Don't your wounds heal much faster when you're in the sun?

Oh. Then I'll go cultivate, Master.

All right. Don't overdo it.

Six years later

Master, I think I might have a natural ability now, but I still don't have an inheritance.

Let things take their course. Don't fret.

Two hundred years later

Disciple, you're forming your core today. Be careful.

Junior Brother, make sure you stay safe.

Uncle-Master, take care!

The whole sect was tense that day.

It's fine, it's fine. Don't worry, I'll be all right.

Then someone ascended that day. Anyway, nobody knew how it worked, but after the final lightning strike, he was blasted away in full view of the whole sect.

The sect descended into chaos that day.

Bonus scene

Hey, do you think aliens count as human?

Huh?
