How to Catch a Straight-A Male Scholar [JX3]

After Lu Qiqi was gently rejected for the Nth time by the person she liked, who explained that they couldn’t fall in love because they were different genders, she was heartbroken and stayed up all night reading old-school, angsty danmei stories about scumbags and victims to calm down.

The next day, fully recovered in record time, Lu Qiqi logged into Jian Wang 3 and joined a team recruiting for a Luoge run. There she happened to meet a top player, Tianluo, whose team had disbanded after his former teammate, a gay Poison Doctor, confessed to him. Lu Qiqi happily latched onto his strong carry and ranked up without breaking a sweat.

Her new Luoge buddy had a lovely voice, a warm and easygoing personality, and sharp skills. He could take on two people at once, and even when they lost, he’d take the blame and step up to help. He was practically an essential companion for gaming at home.

Most importantly, he was homophobic.

Great. Straight guy, you’ve got my attention.

Tips:

1. The pairing is Poison Doctor x Luoge. It starts as an online romance and moves into real life. There will be a fair amount of Jian Wang 3 plot early on.

2. Updates will be very, very slow, but I’ll do my best to finish it.
