About Being Mistaken for the Demon Lord

"You used to be a Demon King, one who was killed ten times."

"You'll become a Demon King in the future, too."

When she was twelve, Cleia's teacher told her that she was a Demon King. The six teachers who had adopted her had each once hunted down and slain her when she was a Demon King.

This really is a ghost story.

Cleia thought.

After accepting this identity and diligently studying for a while, Cleia began to feel that something wasn't quite right.

Why did her usually aloof deskmate glare fiercely at her teachers whenever they appeared?

"One day, you'll all see what I'm capable of."

After overhearing those words by chance, Cleia started to panic.

She couldn't shake the feeling that her deskmate had discovered her identity and wanted to become the next demon hunter.
