A Castle from the Start

[Blurb updated 2023.12.19]

After three years of hard work, Li Zhixia, wielder of the Fairy Tale System, finally reached max level and began her retirement early.

And what's a retirement without a retirement home?

She snapped her fingers, and a fantastical castle rose from the ground in an instant.

The castle was filled with rare treasures, birds, and beasts of every kind.

There was a botanical garden full of plants that could cure every strange and stubborn illness, a hot spring whose waters could restore youth, and a rose garden that revealed every lie and evil in the world.

There were also unicorns from Western fairy tales, mermaids whose tears turned into pearls, magical sprites, and more.

There were ginseng babies from Eastern myths, nine-colored deer with divine powers, a river whose waters let men give birth, and herds of dinosaurs long thought extinct.

Retirement was far too relaxing, so Li Zhixia decided to open the castle to the public.

She would build the world's greatest amusement park.

Meanwhile

Blue Star, the year 2030. After a thunderous roar, a mysterious building shrouded in mist appeared on an uninhabited island.

The nations that learned of the news first immediately dispatched leading researchers.

They brought out all kinds of top-of-the-line precision instruments, normally kept under wraps, to conduct tests and research, hoping to explore the island.

Yet no matter how advanced the equipment, it couldn't get within five hundred meters of the mysterious building.

Everyone was at a loss, and rumors began flying.

Good heavens, aliens have landed on Blue Star! Those must be their warships!

Aaaaaah, is the apocalypse really about to happen?

This is clearly our Huaxia's Penglai Immortal Island! It looks like spiritual qi revival is underway, and humanity is about to enter the world of cultivation!

As people across the globe watched with feverish interest,

one month passed, then two, and the mysterious building showed no signs of activity.

Just as people were losing interest, the mist suddenly cleared, revealing the full grandeur of the enormous, fantastical castle.

A girl so beautiful she seemed otherworldly wore traditional Huaxia clothing, her sleeves billowing as she floated through the air on auspicious clouds.

Facing the many reconnaissance aircraft, she smiled calmly.

"Dear friends, welcome to my fairy-tale castle."

"I am the owner of the castle, Li Zhixia."
