One leaned on a crutch as he carried out the dishes, while the other squinted as he simmered the soup. Tan Xuannian & Jiang Sheng: … They ate in silence. Then Tan Xuannian hobbled out, only to return with something in his hands. The Fallen deserve to die, every last one of them. Jiang Sheng watched vaguely as the other man came back carrying something, then slowly closed his eyes. If Tan Xuannian was going to do it... he was willing to meet his death. Instead, Tan Xuannian dragged him, chair and all, into the bedroom. Jiang Sheng reflexively caught what the other man threw at him: Three boxes of condoms.
