The Joy of the Five Greats Lies in Making Trouble

A blurb that doesn't really matter:

There are lots of strange shops in Yokohama's Chinatown, but whenever one particular shop is mentioned, everyone will tell you to stay away.

It's the Yokohama Counseling Center.

The owner of this tiny, run-down clinic is a weirdo covered in bandages, who has some kind of possibly forged psychologist's license and spends every day scamming people.

And yet, people keep lining up to be scammed.

One day, a new victim showed up at the clinic: white-haired, handsome, rich, and so blind that when he covered his eyes, he could see everything but the doctor.

He must have been seriously crazy, because he insisted that the psychologist treat his eyes.

The doctor had no choice but to scam him out of tens of billions and buy a cat to live on.

He has no intention of seducing the other man.

He doesn't run because he can't get away. They live together because he has to treat the other man's illness, and he helps look after the man's students because they're cute.

Don't believe the rumors, please.

P.S.

1. Protagonist: Dazai, a cursed spirit who stopped acting human. Pairing: Gojo, a teacher with a talent for being a jerk. They start out on opposing sides, each with their own schemes.

2. Pay attention to the title. Anyone in this story could end up getting put through the wringer.
