The Three Lives Tavern

Blurb:

Legend says that by the banks of the Yellow Springs there is a tavern called the Three Lives Tavern. Its name represents past, present, and future lives, an unending cycle that lasts for all eternity.

The Three Lives Tavern sells only one kind of wine: the Rebirth Wine brewed by the landlady herself. They say that drinking it makes all love, resentment, obsession, anger, suffering, and painful memories vanish into thin air, allowing you to be reborn.

People flock to it, but few ever get what they seek.

Jiu Niang peeks over the counter and says to her visitor, "You are someone fate has brought here. I'm very interested in your story. Want a drink of Rebirth Wine? Trade me the rest of your life."

That is, until that person appears, and begins coming to the Three Lives Tavern regularly.

No matter how many stories I hear, they're still just other people's stories. But when you came, my story finally began.

Theme: We alone can shape our own lives.
