After Marking the Omega Sacrifice

After vampire noblewoman Luo Yan presents as an alpha, she loses her senses. She intends to treat the sacrifice as dessert, but by a twist of fate, she marks the poor little offering instead.

The problem is that the Luo family bears a curse. If an alpha of the Luo family marks an omega, the two are automatically considered partners. If they are apart for too long, the curse will take hold and torment the alpha until she wishes she were dead.

The curse lasts for ten years.

And she discovers something even more dangerous: after marking Gu Xi, she becomes extremely sensitive to all blood except Gu Xi's.

"Big Sister, are you trying to save me, or kill me?" The girl looks up at Luo Yan, her voice pure and innocent.

Luo Yan takes a deep breath and grabs Gu Xi by the shoulders. "If you want to live, don't leave me."

People say the Institute for Mysterious Affairs is a mysterious place, and its director is the most mysterious person of all.

Though the director is an omega, she is always dressed in black, with a high collar. Black sleeves conceal her wrists, and dark glasses hide her eyes, making it hard to see what she really looks like.

Because this is a secret shared by the two of them, the director of the Institute for Mysterious Affairs has never been just one person.

Even without the curse, they had long been inseparable.

They know that nothing can ever tear them apart. Not even death.
