Baited with Love

I'm planning to start You Clearly Like Me at the end of December. Please save it to your reading list! The blurb is at the bottom. *Rolls around cutely, begging for follows!*~

"The best version of me is the one who loves you..."

Everyone in the industry knows that Meng Shiyu caught the eye of Shao Capital.

He became a top-tier star the moment he debuted. Not only did he get roles backed by investors, he also had an exceptional face and acting skills.

He was the very definition of someone blessed by the heavens.

But all those honors that others treasured,

he didn't care about.

What he wanted was a sincere heart that he could never have.

Shao Zheng was young and successful. He had poured everything into making someone a star, only to want to keep him by his side like a caged songbird.

To protect the other man, he had to erase every trace of their relationship, down to his own true feelings.

Then one day, the songbird flew away.

He said he was nothing but Shao Zheng's ex.

That idea... was a little naive, wasn't it?

"I always thought I didn't have to tell you I loved you every minute of every day for you to feel it.

I loved you fiercely and deeply. I loved you so much that I didn't even realize you had grown disillusioned and left..."

Learn to love, understand love, and respect love.

This story is practice in pacing and plot.

The variety show draws inspiration from existing shows.
