Italy, 1980: Bound to the Empress System?

You transmigrate into the body of an unremarkable Chinese girl at a middle school in 1980s Italy, and get bound to the [Empress System].

[We welcome Your Majesty to the throne. Expand your territory and make all nations pay homage!]

You look at your shabby rental room, where you can barely afford the monthly rent, and fall silent.

[Your first territory has been bound: the studio apartment you rent. Territory size: 21 square meters. Begin developing your realm.]

Fine, 21 square meters is still a realm.

The next day at school, just as the teacher at the front of the classroom begins speaking,

[Imperial tutor aptitude detected. Would you like to appoint this person as your first prime minister?]

You: "???"

On the third day, in the hallway, the school's dreamboat, a blond, blue-eyed boy, brushes past you. The System goes completely wild.

[This person has great potential! Your Majesty, you must bring him into your harem and appoint him imperial consort to win the hearts of the foreign people!]

You: "???????????"

Wait, do you really have to sit on this throne?
