Chronicles of the Insect Planet

In an interstellar society teeming with intelligent species, Shi Kelan had the misfortune of transmigrating into a dung beetle on an insect planet. Fortunately, he had a farm, several hundred mu of orchards and hills, over a hundred thousand mu of wasteland waiting to be developed, and several hundred Flavorful Cows that ate anything and pooped it right back out. The tragedy was that the fruit was for the cows to eat, and so were the cocoa beans. To avoid starving to death, he could either eat the cows' chocolate-flavored or fruit-flavored poop, or choose poop-flavored chocolate or poop-flavored jam. He'd much rather just die on the spot. Was he the master of the herd? No! He was the herd's slave! A thoroughly ordinary rural insect planet had recently acquired a dung beetle who was a real pain in the neck. Though he was a dung beetle, he stubbornly refused to eat poop, and instead tinkered with all sorts of bizarre foods. He didn't roll dung balls, and on top of that, he insisted on bathing every day. He hired a huge swarm of insects to build strange structures, then went on a wild land-buying spree. By the time everyone came to their senses, he had already bought a third of the planet's land. When people called him the richest dung beetle, he solemnly insisted: Don't call me a dung beetle. Call me a scarab. Theme: Building a better home is every bug's responsibility
