The Eerie Instance Designer

After transmigrating into a bizarre survival game, Li Zhou didn't get to slay gods and Buddhas like his fellow transmigrators. On his first day, the aftereffects of transmigration left him dizzy and seeing stars, so he chose the wrong class and became a game-level designer who was about to starve to death because he had no money. The game's players are divided into challengers and level designers. The former level up with points earned by clearing stages, while the latter need to collect challengers' fear to level up. Ten years after the bizarre game descended, level designers are at a disadvantage in the current version. Aside from a few who have always stayed at the top, most challengers have already figured out the tricks behind horror levels. A chainsaw-wielding zombie killer? Either it gets you when you open the door, or it jumps you around a corner. When Li Zhou appeared with his level, the other challengers laughed at him even more. The setting was an ordinary, ramshackle wooden hut. The monster NPC was an ordinary little girl with practically zero attack power. Poverty was written all over the level, from beginning to end. That was until they officially entered the level A ghost wedding, a corpse sunk in a dry well, the Four Corners game... Not a drop of blood in sight, yet terrifying enough to scare them to death. * Li Zhou became famous, and all sorts of bizarre monsters came to apply for NPC jobs in his levels. One Evil God was among them. After calculating the number one's asking fee, Li Zhou was just about to turn him down when the other man stepped closer and whispered in his ear: "I don't want money. Think it over." *A nontraditional infinite-flow story. A fragmented Evil God gong who works for the shou in countless worlds x a master shou who's a level ten expert at saving money. Theme: Make the best use of everything.
