I Turned Pretend Romance into the Real Thing with the Award-Winning Actress

Coming next: Am I Enough to Pick Your Teeth, Big Sis? [Infinite Flow] Praying to gods and Buddha is nothing compared to calling someone Big Sis.

By chance, Meng Xihe, an actress from a minor studio, met Gu Wantang, the winner of the most prestigious Best Actress award. Hoping to ride the award-winning actress's coattails, she disguised herself as a pitiful, delicate little white flower.

When they were lucky enough to work on the same production, Gu Wantang filmed a rain scene late at night. Meng Xihe stayed up to bring her hot milk. "You worked hard, Big Sis."

From then on, Gu Wantang had Meng Xihe there to fuss over her and keep her company every day on set.

When Gu Wantang was embroiled in a scandal and attacked by the entire internet, Meng Xihe stayed by her side through her lowest point.

Later, the media snapped a photo of Gu Wantang's phone lock screen, which showed the rising star Meng Xihe. A major influencer also dug up their secret, sweet interactions, and the topic trended for three days straight. Just as Gu Wantang was about to acknowledge their relationship, she saw Meng Xihe's interview.

Meng Xihe: "Sorry, we're just ordinary friends and rivals."

Gu Wantang: ...

After a long time without hearing from Gu Wantang, Meng Xihe felt uneasy, until she saw the trending gossip about Gu Wantang's rumored romance.

Meng Xihe immediately regretted everything and began her long journey of winning her wife back: visiting her on set, cooking and bringing her meals, cheering on Gu Wantang's new drama and showering it with praise, even appearing on variety shows featuring Gu Wantang without taking a fee...

The whole internet caught on to their relationship and eagerly followed every bit of gossip and sweetness.

When interviewed, Gu Wantang said, "Sorry, we're just ordinary friends."

Meng Xihe panicked on the spot and gritted her teeth. "Damn it, that's not true!"
