Miss, Please Covet My Beauty

- A wickedly clever fox versus a two-faced, pampered young lady

- She marries her father's sworn enemy

The youngest daughter of the Shangguan family was about to be married. A single imperial decree paired her with Zhong Fu, the prime minister of the dynasty.

Everyone in Qianjing knew that General Shangguan and Prime Minister Zhong Fu had borne a grudge against each other for years. They were open enemies. If he married his daughter into that family, who knew how much she would suffer?

Thinking of the youngest Shangguan daughter, beautiful and delicate, with a willowy waist, everyone could only sigh that it was a shame.

-

On their wedding night, just after her veil was lifted, Shangguan Queyao accidentally spilled her wine as she lowered her head, splashing it across the red robe on his chest.

Knowing all about his history with her father, Shangguan Queyao trembled as she nervously tried to wipe his clothes. “P-Prime Minister, please forgive me. I didn't do it on purpose.”

In her fluster, she touched the man's burning skin.

In the dimly lit room, he smiled at her, his handsome features so radiant that even the lamp beside him seemed to lose its glow.

The smile in Zhong Fu's eyes did not fade. “My lady is in such a hurry. It makes your husband very happy.”

Everyone knew Prime Minister Zhong Fu was ruthless and sinister, with a temperament like the King of Hell. Little did they know that he was willing to be a fortress for one person.

No one knew how far Zhong Fu had gone to finally hold the woman he had yearned for in his arms.

No matter what the world said, he had no fear.

I'll write it once my writing has matured a little.
