Love in the Springtime

- A wealthy heiress with a gentle, cool, and distant type

#

To avoid unnecessary trouble, Song Lianlian had been maintaining two different faces since childhood.

In truth, she was willful, unruly, and carefree. But in front of her elders, she was a well-behaved little bunny, who never drank or went clubbing, the picture of a proper young lady from a wealthy family.

Even Liang Shichu, who had grown up with her, thought so.

Until one night at a business reception, Liang Shichu happened to see more than a dozen empty bottles in front of three girls. He fell into deep thought.

Knowing full well that Song Lianlian couldn't drink, he pulled her over beside him with a cold look on his face, then pointed at the other two girls and demanded of the waiter,

"Did those two drink more than a dozen bottles?"

Before the waiter could answer, the other two shook their heads vigorously.

Liang Shichu frowned, and his already icy face grew even colder. "Then who did?"

The moment Liang Yin saw her older brother, she was so scared she immediately forgot Song Lianlian's warning. "No, Brother... Lianlian drank them all by herself..."

Song Lianlian, still holding Liang Shichu's hand, had an indescribable look on her face. "…" They'd agreed not to betray her, damn it.

Liang Shichu: "...?"

Song Lianlian boldly looked him in the eye. "If I say they framed me, will you believe me?"

# I thought I'd fooled the whole world, but somehow you were the one person I missed.

# Brother, bring me a bottle of '82 Lafite. Let's drink till we drop tonight!
