You mustn't let anyone know you aren't Dazai. Your secret identity must not be exposed, or something terrible will happen to your companions. Boss Tsuna studied the business card, deep in thought. Following the instructions, Boss Tsuna went to the Armed Detective Agency and picked up some documents to read carefully. Kunikida, the agency's model employee, arrived early and saw Dazai working diligently. He froze on the spot. Atsushi and the others came in right after him. They all stood there in a daze, then hurried to the window to look at the sky. "Is it the end of the world? Is it raining knives? Dazai/Dazai-san is actually working hard!" "Are you really Dazai-san?" Atsushi came up to Boss Tsuna, looking utterly shocked. Boss Tsuna: "…" Aren't office workers supposed to work hard? Did my secret identity get exposed this quickly? Your name is now Tsunayoshi, and you're the Tenth Boss of the Vongola, the underworld's leading organization. You mustn't let anyone know you aren't the Tenth Boss. Your secret identity must not be exposed, or you'll gain immortality and never be able to die. Armed Detective Dazai: "That's cruel." "That's exactly how cruel it is! Heh heh~" "Ha ha, who do you think I am?" Dark Era Dazai was here. "I'm a professional at playing a Mafia member." Armed Detective Dazai swept his eyes over everyone, gloomy and dark as thick black sludge. Before he could say a word, everyone drew all kinds of weapons wreathed in flames and aimed them at him. Armed Detective Dazai: "???" Was this a mass rebellion? Just how brutal was that Tenth Boss? "Who are you? Where's the Tenth Boss?!" Armed Detective Dazai: "Huh? I've been found out?" "Hmph! Obviously! The Tenth Boss is so gentle. He'd never look at us like that!" Armed Detective Dazai: "???" The Mafia boss is gentle??? Are you all wearing rose-colored glasses, or are you completely blind? * One day. The Tenth Boss asked Dazai, "Dazai-san, what kind of person are you?" Dazai: "I'm kind, considerate, and so good-hearted I wouldn't even kill an ant. I'm a wonderful person who loves helping others." The next day, the Tenth Boss acted according to Dazai's description of himself. Atsushi was horrified. He felt the Tenth Boss's forehead and asked in alarm, "Dazai-san, are you sick?" The Tenth Boss: "???" * Everyone knew the Vongola Tenth Boss was as gentle and accepting as the open sky. That is, until one day, they saw him "torture" a man who'd cut his cheek until the man had a mental breakdown and cried that he'd never dare do it again. Everyone: "???" So this was what they called gentle? As accepting as the open sky? Are you trying to fool me? ** Notes: 1. Out-of-character moments are inevitable. 2. There are plenty of headcanons. Theme: Unexpected things happen when you least expect them, and so does fate.
