[Crossover] My Current Host Became My Coworker

See the previous story in the author's column: [Crossover] Host Reboot System (One Piece Arc)

In the year 8213, I, Strongest System No. 8213, was assigned to a sea dunce named Monkey D. Luffy. I was supposed to help him achieve the grand mission of becoming the strongest person in the world. After twenty years of painstaking effort, I finally managed to raise him into the strongest man of his era, the Pirate King. I even found him a red-haired partner along the way.

But my former Host, now my coworker, not only failed to repay my kindness, but kept getting in the way of my new mission. So I, Strongest System 8213, was demoted to Patch-Up System 8213 and forced to mentor a rookie, taking a new System named “Monkey No. 1” with me to the next world.

Uchiha Sasuke, who has a lot of issues with the world but has more or less made peace with it, felt that the company, which claimed to provide every service a powerhouse could need, had definitely ripped him off. They’d sent him an artificial idiot to assist him.

Damn it, how was he supposed to save his brother, save the world from Infinite Tsukuyomi, defeat late-stage chuunibyou Obito, and then take down that bunch of aliens from the Otsutsuki clan?

Sasuke: “Where’s the return button?”

Monkey D. Luffy (Monkey No. 1): “Yohoho! You can’t see the sea from here!”

Sasuke: “...This is inland, idiot!”

Luffy: “I’ve decided. First, we need to find a ship.”

Sasuke: “???!!!”

The outside help couldn’t adapt to the local conditions, and the rescue attempt failed. In the end, he still had to rely on himself! What a trash company. He was definitely leaving a bad review!

Patch-Up System 8213: “QAQ I’m sorry, Host. He’s new and doesn’t know anything yet.”

The second part of Host Reboot System. First the Naruto world, then whichever world I feel like. I’ll keep writing wherever the wind takes me. If lots of people read it, I’ll write faster. If not, I might... abandon it. I’m sorry, so please encourage and support me. I’ll see if I can build up a backlog of chapters.

The Naruto pairing is still undecided. The only confirmed pairing is Luffy and Shanks from the previous arc. I’m working hard to give Red-Haired Shanks more scenes.

Just like the One Piece arc, I haven’t watched the anime in ages, so my research is sketchy. I might make some drastic changes, so proceed with caution if that bothers you.
